AI literacy at work: prepare your team
Access to an AI tool is only a starting point. People need to know what to share, how it can fail and when to involve a human.
What Article 4 addresses
Adapt preparation to people’s experience, the systems used and the work context. The European Commission does not prescribe a universal certificate or a single training format.
A practical process for team leaders
Choose a common task and approved inputs. Ask people to write instructions, compare output with sources and identify errors. Agree whom to ask when uncertain. Revisit the exercise when the tool or use changes.
What to record
Record the date, participants, tool, task and conclusions. Check on the next assignment that people can use the process. A record demonstrates an activity; it does not prove compliance with every obligation.
Frequently asked questions
Is a general webinar enough?
It can provide an introduction. Preparation should also address the tools, tasks and risks of the actual team.
Can we start without the MotherAI platform?
Yes. A practical workshop can be purchased independently.
