How to calculate the total cost
First month = monthly plan + one-off setup + model usage + any agreed services or infrastructure. Later months = plan + model usage + agreed recurring items.
Starter: €199 + €399 = €598 for the plan and standard setup in month one, excluding VAT and model usage. This is not an all-inclusive total.
Pricing and scope questions
Is the price per user?
The listed price covers a team within the plan limit, not each user: Starter up to 15, Team up to 50. Additional users require a proposal.
Is AI model usage included?
No. Model usage is billed separately through your own provider accounts (BYOK). Workspace is not an unlimited token bundle or a ChatGPT or Claude subscription.
What does setup include?
Starter standard setup covers the template, one standard source connection, testing and handover without custom development. Team setup covers agreed workflows, access and approvals within the listed scope. Integrations and delivery dates are confirmed in the proposal.
What is charged separately?
Model usage, custom development beyond the plan scope and private infrastructure. Confirm scope, price and any additional costs before ordering.
Do prices include VAT?
Listed prices exclude VAT. The monthly subscription and one-off setup are separate charges.
